We did our very best to keep the price as affordable as possible but from the speaker’s expenses to equipment to facility rental, etc…this event will cost well over $100,000 to put on. We want each of you to have an EXPERIENCE with the Father and with those around you and we are committed to make sure that the value far exceeds the cost! Not everyone has the ability to pay for all of their registration up front. We wanted to offer a way for you to reserve your spot and make payments throughout the year. Below are some vital payment deadline dates. Once you review those please fill out the form and our administrator will email you a way to register without having to pay all of your fees up front.
Important Information and Deadlines:
$50 non-refundable service fee with every registration
$200 minimum payment by May 1st
All registrations with food must be paid in full by August 15th
Final payment deadline is September 15th for all registrations
Any registration carrying a balance after September 1st will incur a $50 late fee
Refund Policy
There is a $50 per person NON-REFUNDABLE fee upon registration. After that, all refunds are at the sole discretion of Passion For Truth Ministries. All meal fees can be 100% refunded if canceled by August 1, 2023. There are no refunds of any kind after August 1, 2023.
